I am doing this four step process to insure that a real live person is writing to me and not some spamming server. Don't bother to put my addy in your eddress book. I will be changing my email address at undefined intervals (which means whenever I think of it), so the address that you are writing to today may not be the same one you would write to tomorrow.
I am doing this not only to protect me, but to protect you also just in case a virus should get past my several layers of protection
