"...Wherever you are, kill those
Jews and those Americans who are like them!"
Palestinian Television continued over the weekend to
re-broadcast excerpts from a Friday sermon in the Zayed bin
Sultan Aal Nahyan mosque in Gaza. Translation supplied by
The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI):
"The Jews are Jews, whether Labor or Likud... They do not
have any moderates or any advocates of peace. They are all
liars... O brother believers, the criminals, the terrorists
are the Jews, who have butchered our children, orphaned them,
widowed our women and desecrated our holy
places and sacred sites. They are the terrorists.
They are the ones who must be butchered and killed, as Allah the
Almighty said: 'Fight them: Allah will torture them at your
hands, and will humiliate them and will help
you to overcome them, and will relieve the minds of the
believers... The cost and the dowry
of this bride, the dowry of this paradise, is that we fight in the
path of Allah, and kill and be killed.
"Allah has purchased from the believers their persons and their
property in return for the promise that they shall have paradise,
for they fight in the cause of
Allah, and they slay the enemy and are slain. This
is a promise that He [Allah] has made incumbent upon Himself,
as set out in the Torah, the Gospel, and the Koran.
The Jews are the allies of the Christians, and the Christians
are the allies of the Jews, despite the enmity that exists
between them. The enmity between the Jews and the
Christians is deep, but all of them are in agreement against
the monotheists against those who say, 'There is no God but
Allah and Muhammad is his messenger,' that is they are against
you, O Muslims.
"Even if an agreement of Gaza is signed - we shall not forget
Haifa, and Acre, and the Galilee, and Jaffa, and the Triangle and
the Negev, and the rest of our cities and villages. It is only
a matter of time... Have no mercy on the Jews, no matter
where they are, in any country. Fight them, wherever you
are. Wherever you meet them, kill them. Wherever you
are, kill those Jews and those Americans who are like them!"

SAUDI ARABIA:
#1 Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia TV2 in Arabic, official television
station of the Saudi Government, at 0930 GMT carries a live sermon from
the holy mosque in Medina.
Shaykh Salah Bin-Muhammad al-Budayr, preacher and imam of the holy
mosque in Medina, delivers the sermon, which he begins by saying that
despite tragedies, nations do overcome them quickly. The Islamic nation
today, he says, is facing tragic incidents in Palestine, where innocent
people
are killed, houses are demolished, women are widowed, and children
orphaned.
He calls on Muslims to rush to the aid of their brethren. But, the imam
also says that the nation is afflicted with these tribulations because
it
has abandoned religion and run after western lifestyle. Unless the
nation
reforms itself, he adds, the talk about retrieving the occupied
lands would be a delusion. He says that Muslim ulema in particular must
play a significant role in reforming society.
The imam concludes with this prayer: "O God, O revealer of the Book,
mover of clouds, and vanquisher of infidels, defeat the usurper Jews.
Show us the marvels of your power on them. O God, lower their flag and
make
them an example for others. O God, they have tyrannized, corrupted, and
attacked. O God, shake the land under their feet, instill fear in their
hearts, and make them booty for Muslims and a lesson to others. O God,
shake them up. O God, destroy them. O God, scatter them. O God,
annihilate them soon. O God, have mercy on our brothers and sisters in
Palestine. O God, support our oppressed brothers in Chechnya, Kashmir,
and everywhere."
#2 Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia TV1 in Arabic, official television
station of the Saudi Government, at 0930 GMT carries a live sermon from
the holy mosque in Mecca.
Dr. Abd-al-Rahman al-Sudays, preacher and imam of the mosque, delivers
the sermon in which he says: "Amid Islamic indignation and world
silence and inaction, we must take the initiative to insure the
nation's interests and preserve its glories and civilization before
they are swept away by the current developments." He affirms the close
religious and historical link between the Holy Mosque in Mecca and
Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and says:
"History has never known a cause in which our religious principles,
historical rights, and past glories are so clearly challenged by
international grudges and world conflicts as this central Muslim cause
of struggler
and steadfast Muslim Palestine, holy Jerusalem, and the blessed Al-Aqsa
Mosque."
The imam refers to "plots," "open hostility," and "hidden cunning" by
"the world powers" that have removed the cause of Palestine, Jerusalem,
and Al-Aqsa Mosque from its legitimate Islamic circle and "thrust it
into the labyrinths of twisted tracks, the lobbies of compromise, and
the tunnels of procrastination under inadequate criteria and double
standards that equate rightful owners to false claimants."
The imam says: "O brethren in faith, what does our Koran and the
traditions of our prophet, may the peace and blessings of God be upon
him, affirm? What does our creed say? What does our history say about
the
cause of Jerusalem and its vicinity? They all clearly affirm that the
conflict between us and the Jews is one of creed, identity, and
existence."
"Read history," he adds, "to know that yesterday's Jews were bad
predecessors and today's Jews are worse successors. They are killers of
prophets and the scum of the earth. God hurled his curses and
indignation on them and made them monkeys and pigs and worshippers of
tyrants. These are the Jews, a continuous lineage of meanness, cunning,
obstinacy, tyranny, evil, and corruption. They sow corruption on earth."
The imam warns: "O Muslims, the Islamic nation today is at the peak of
conflict with the enemies of yesterday, today, and tomorrow, with
the grandsons of Bani-Quraydah, Al-Nadiri, and Qaynuqa [Jewish tribes
in the early days of Islam]. May God's curses follow them until the Day
of Judgment." He says: "The conflict is exploding and magnifying, the
exploitation and greed are increasing, and the indulgence in humbling
Arabs and Muslims and their holy places has become very serious by the
world rodents that have revoked pacts and agreements. Treachery,
sabotage,
and
cunning dominate their minds and injustice and tyranny flow in their
veins. They cannot but remain arrogant, reckless, corrupt, and harmful.
Thus, they deserve the curse of God, His angels, and all people."
The imam continues: "When the Islamic nation turned to peace to
achieve the higher interests and avoid great corruption, the Jews did
not. It is not strange. After all, it is peace with a party that only
wants
to liquidate its opponents, usurp their land, displace their people,
tamper
with their economy, cancel their honor, violate their sovereignty, and
dismember their bodies.
"The nation must know that these are people with a disgraceful history
and a black record. They cannot but insist on their greed. May God not
fulfill their aim. They want to establish Greater Israel with Jerusalem
as its capital. They also aspire to demolish Al-Aqsa Mosque and build
their alleged temple in its place. They want to liquidate the State of
Islam
and Koran, and build the State of the Torah and Talmud on its debris.
They
will get what they deserve from God.
"Goodbye to the peace initiatives with a people with these habits,
ambitions, and plots throughout history. The incidents witnessed by the
Palestinian areas over the past several days -- the horrific scenes,
the horrendous tragedies [imam breaking in tears], and the massacres
caused by armored cars, rockets and tanks leaving behind charred bodies
and skulls, siege and destitution, death and destruction in an ugly
genocide, blatant violation of human values, and the practice of state
terrorism by world Zionism -- shall not be forgotten by history."
The imam says: "The land is drenched with the pure blood of our
brothers and sisters in struggler Palestine. They were killed like
sheep.
Scores of mosques were destroyed, hundreds of houses were demolished,
and thousands of souls were killed. How many women have been widowed,
children orphaned, and mass graves dug? Until when will this
humiliation,
weakness, and capitulation continue? Is it not time this humiliation
ended, this weakness and submission stopped, and the long night
cleared?
Would our nation rise from its slumber?"
"This is a sincere call to all Muslim leaders: Save Palestine before it
is lost? Save Al-Aqsa Mosque before it is eliminated. The one who wages
this fierce war as a racist genocide and the one who stands behind it
will not escape from the grip of God. He also will not be safe from the
indignation of peoples and the vengeance of history.
"It is a tragedy that the tongue fails to depict. The heart breaks down
when reviewing its incidents and the words fail to mention its
tragedies and speak about its dimensions and dangers. It is a tragedy
[imam breaks in tears] by all standards and a problem by all criteria.
Only God will
deal with it. O God, we pray for your mercy. O God, save us. This
tragedy
is best proof of the character of these people and what they harbor for
our nation and holy places. It is a tragedy that makes us weep.
Innocent
people are being killed at the hands of Zionist murderers, the heirs of
Nazim
and
Fascism. What right do they have in Palestine, which is the historical
land of the Arabs and Muslims until the Day of Judgment? It has
acquired a high place among Muslims since the beginning of history. In
fact, it is part of their beliefs and a trust in their hands. They will
not relinquish a single inch of this land, God willing, as long as
their hearts continue to beat. The right which the Jews claim in
Palestine is a baseless myth and unjustifiably arrogant.
"Five decades have passed over this great Muslim cause while tragedies
renew day after day," the imam says and asks: "Where are the Muslims?
The incidents have opened wounds. Where are Khalid [Ibn-al-Walid],
Al-Muthanna, and Salah [al-Din]? What has happened to our nation? Can
we live happily, rest in peace, or hold our tears while our holy places
are groaning, our Jerusalem is pleading, our Palestine is calling, and
our Al-Aqsa is crying out saying all mosques have been liberated, while
I -- a great holy mosque -- am still being desecrated?
"All this is happening within the sight and hearing of the world. It is
as if Muslims are not considered? Where is the world with its
organizations? Where are their Security Council and United Nations?
Where are they from the weeping of widows and orphans, the usurpation
of land, and the desecration of sanctuaries? Hail to steadfast Janin
and lofty
Nabulus. Where are the false human rights slogans and organizations?
What is world conscience? Where is the political and economic boycott
against the war criminals and those who slight international norms and
resolutions?
"O decisionmakers, O leaders of the world, O men of opinion, O you who
claim to fight terrorism, what do you call what these criminals are
doing to Muslims in Palestine? You should be ashamed of yourselves to
call the rightful owners and fighters against injustice, tyranny, and
occupation terrorists? Is the aspiration of over 1 billion Muslims to
preserve their holy places considered savagery and terrorism? What a
great lie, O God.
"O steadfast brothers in struggler and steadfast Palestine, the
land of honor, loftiness, sacrifice, jihad, and bravery; O kinfolk in
the blessed land of Palestine; O beloved people in the land of the
night
journey and the ascension to the heavens, we are sorry if you found
only
defeatism and slackness from many of the sons of your nation. The
captivity
of our Al-Aqsa in the hands of the tyrants makes us sleepless. May God
please us with its liberation."
The imam continues: "Be patient, O steadfast people, your blessed
intifadah has written with the letters of dignity, victory, and honor,
one of the most splendid epics in modern history. You have restored
hope in the hearts. Trust in God's victory for you, as long as you
stand by
His religion. If you support God, He will support you and strengthen
your
position. Our hearts are with you and God is your supporter. We will
make
donations. Continue on the path and maintain your resolve.
Congratulations
to you for offering your souls so cheaply for the sake of God. We pray
to
God to accept your dead as martyrs, grant immediate recovery to
your wounded, and make you and us live a happy life. Don't give up your
trust in God. Victory is coming soon, God willing."
"God is great. Here are the flags of victory looming on the horizon. We
can smell it. It is crowned by a brave jihad, an intifadah, which is
still the winning card and the lit candle in the hands of the devout
sons of this nation. The policy of arm-twisting and all forms of
arrogance and oppression have not succeeded with the intifadah. They
are lives that are
falling for the sake of God's religion and word."
If emotion seems to characterize the presentation of this
cause, the imam notes, our minds and wisdom must dominate so that it
will not deviate from existing laws and fall in the hands of false
strugglers and sensationalist anarchists. He says: "O nation of jihad
and sacrifice, it is the duty of Muslims to support their brethren in
creed in Palestine and
elsewhere and to back them with material and moral support. Jihad with
money sometimes supersedes jihad with soul, as mentioned in many
Koranic verses and the prophet's traditions."
The imam says that what calls for optimism is this official and
public interaction, sympathy, and fraternal bond by our Islamic nation
with their Muslim brethren in Palestine. The campaigns of public
donation have been most admirable and it is hoped that there would be
more, he says, adding:
"Muslims are called upon to continue these blessed charity campaigns in
support of Islam and Muslims and in defense of our holy places."
Concluding, the imam prays deeply for the salvation of the Palestinian
people. He prays to God to deal with the Jews, free Al-Aqsa Mosque from
them, lower their flags, and make them a lesson for others.
A MONKEY DESECRATES MOSQUE
A prominent Saudi government official cleric Shaikh Saad Al-Buraik
called for enslaving Jewish women in a tape played on Saudi television.
The tape is called "a Monkey Desecrates Mosque," and was delivered in
a Riyadh government mosque. The monkey refers to Jews.
Al-Buraik, a Wahhabi cleric, is closely tied to Prince AbdulAziz Ben
Fahd, the king's youngest son, and member of the Saudi delegation
accompanying Crown Prince Abdullah on his current visit.
Al-Buraik was the host of the two-day long telethon raising funds for
Palestinians, which raised $109 million. He is also the host of
"Religion and Life," a program on government television Channel One and
on MBC television owned by Prince AbdulAziz Ben Fahd. Al-Buraik said on
the tape that the money raised would go to Palestinian fighters.

On the situation in the Palestinian areas he said:
Oh Believer, it's a wish, as much as it is pains, but we have hopes
that the situation in Palestine will explode. No one dies before their
day. How many Muslims have died in Chechnya, Bosnia, Kashmir, and
Kosovo!!
Is it too dear to us that among our honorable beloved die as martyrs?
Their death dates were written before their birth. That they die as
martyrs. "Say even if were at your home, those who will die will walk
to their
death."
Which is a better choice, to de on your bed, or to die perseverant,
fighting, not retreating. Which is better to suffer long before death
many days, or taste death quickly?
Which is better to suffer a slow death, or die as a martyr
in your way to heaven. A death that you will be forgiven on the first
drop of your blood.
When life became perishes we started to drink humiliation many times
over.
Oh Palestinian Authority, don't you see that you are tested once or
twice a year? Then you don't learned or repent.
Isn't time yet to wage jihad, and call for holy war. Isn't time
that Muslim countries which normalized relations with the Jews to
cancel
everything that happened from Madrid to Oslo, and Why River, which
forbids
the supplying of weapons to Muslims in Palestine?
The agreements which canceled jihad, and disassociation from
non-Muslims, should all be demolished.
It's a call to close all embassies opened for the Jews in the land of
Islam; it is call to end normalization with Israel.
What international resolution that the Jew respected, prepared by
Christians.
On Jews and Christians he said:
People should know that Jews are backed by the Christians, and the
battle that we are going through is not with Jews only, but also with
those who believe that Allah is a third in a Trinity, and those who
said that Jesus is the son of Allah, and Allah is Jesus, the son of
Mary.
About America he said:
I am against America until this life ends, until the Day of Judgment;
I am against America even if the stone liquefies
My hatred of America, if part of it was contained in the universe, it
would collapse.
She is the root of all evils, and wickedness on earth.
Who else implanted the tyrants in our land, who else nurtured
oppression?
Oh Muslim Ummah don't take the Jews and Christians as allies.
Jewish women as slaves he says: Muslim Brothers in Palestine, do not
have any mercy neither compassion on the Jews, their blood, their
money, their flesh. Their women are yours to take, legitimately. God
made
them yours. Why don't you enslave their women? Why don't you wage
jihad?

Qatar. At the Umar
Bin-al-Khattab Mosque in Doha, Qatar, the imam Shaykh Anwar al-Badawi:
"The proposed reform for the PA
is
aimed at establishing cadres capable of restricting and even killing
resistance. We regret the fact that some Islamic countries have agreed
to train these cadres to protect Israel's security, to control the
resistance,
to arrest the resistance men, and to liquidate the resistance…O God,
protect us from the evils of our brothers, friends, and enemies. O God,
protect us and save us from the conspiracies of the friends, brothers,
and enemies…O God destroy the Jews and their supporters, including the
crusaders and some so-called Muslims. O God, use your power against
them.
O God, save the region and the peoples from them."
The Sanaa
(Yemeni) Television in Arabic, official television station of the
Republic of Yemen, carried the live sermon from the Grand Mosque in
Sanaa. After Shaykh Akram Abd-al-Razzaq al-Ruqayhi delivers the sermon,
the Imam (clergyman) concluded with a prayer to God for mercy and
general wellbeing.
He prayed: "O God, support whoever
supports religion, humble whoever humbles Muslims, and give success and
mercy to the nation of Muhammad." He also prayed: "O God, give victory
to
our brother mujahidin in Palestine and everywhere. O God, make them
steadfast
and strengthen their hearts." He went on: "O God, deal with the Jews
and
their supporters and the Christians and their supporters. Shake the
land
under their feet, instill fear in their hearts, and freeze the blood in
their veins. O God, deal with them for they are within your power. Turn
fate against them, lower their flags, divide their ranks, and disperse
their
assemblies. O God, we ask you to deal with them and spare us their
evil.
O God, make fate turn against them.
Riyadh TV1 in Arabic, official television station of
the
Saudi Government, carried the live sermon from the holy mosque in Mecca.
After Shaykh Usamah al-Khayyat
delivered
the sermon, the Imam concluded with a prayer to God to support Islam
and Muslims, destroy the enemies of religion, unify Muslims, and guide
their rulers. He prays for the triumph of mujahidin in Palestine,
Kashmir, and Chechnya. He also prayed: "O God, deal with the oppressive
Jews, as they are
within your power, and spare us their evil. O God, whoever wishes us
and
Muslims evil, keep him preoccupied with himself and make plans to
destroy him." Finally, he prayed to God to protect this and other
Muslim countries from the evil of sedition.
From Damascus, Arab Republic Radio in Arabic,
official
station of the Syrian Government, carried on 11 October 2002 the live
sermon from Al-Zahra Mosque in Damascus.
After Shaykh Dr. Muhammad
al-Habash
delivered the sermon....the Imam said: "There is a need today to speak
about jihad. Islam is the religion of tolerance, mercy, and love. But,
it is also the religion of justice and jihad, and peace and power. It
is not sound to imagine that the arrogant on earth have suddenly turned
meek and that we could stop Zionist designs against Palestine with
wisdom
and good word.... But, this jihad, which God has ordained as a means to
achieve justice on earth," the Imam said, "is being distorted in
Western
circles. They confuse terrorism with the right to legitimate
resistance.
The arrogant on earth are vying with one another in describing jihad as
a form of aggression. Unfortunately, some erroneous Muslim concepts
contribute
to spreading this wrong image of jihad."
The imam addressed President Bashar al-Asad, saying Arabs and Muslims
"await a new October." [ed: referring to the 1973 October "Yom Kippur"
War] This is the people´s hope, he said, while they witness
Zionist atrocities in Khan Yunus, Ramallah, Rafah, and Janin. "The only
language that can change the attitude of this arrogant tyrant and war
criminal, who
is committing murder daily, is jihad as ordained by Allah and offered
to
us by the October War," he adds.
The imam went on: "The Zionist lobby today is leading the United
States, the master of the world, to an all-out confrontation with the
Islamic World. The United States speaks like a great power to the
world,
but turns into a lowly agent for the Zionists when the matter concerns
the designs of the Zionist lobby. The US Congress approved a law
recognizing
Jerusalem as the capital of the Hebrew state thereby flouting all
international
laws."
This Friday’s sermon on PA TV is indicative of one of
the
most loathsome aspects of Palestinian Authority [PA] ideology- its
vicious
Racism and anti-Semitism. According to PA religious ideology the Jews'
essence includes numerous inherent evils, as follows:
“Allah described them [Jews] in
His
Book, characterized by conceit, pride, arrogance, rampage, disloyalty
and treachery... deceit and cunning... for which Allah transformed them
to monkeys and pigs.” They are guilty of “trickery, plotting and
treachery, and ideological terrorism...” and are the “cursed enemies of
Allah; curse upon curse up to Judgment Day.”
Jews' behavior, they teach, has always been evil:
“They coveted, and they covet
still.
They killed, and they kill still. They betrayed, and betray still. They
spilled blood, and they spill blood still... They have a single common
denominator: enmity of Islam and Moslems, enmity of the bearers of
truth... We must know the true situation and be on our guard, for our
enemy does not distinguish between the mighty and the dependent,
between big and small nor between the aged and the nursing baby.”
Muslims therefore have a special role to torment the
Jews:
“We shall battle them and wage
Jihad
against them ... Allah loves those who battle for Him in one line...
Oh, servants of Allah, be you the ones by whom Allah tortures the Jews
with harsh
torment."
The Jews’ future has been determined for ultimate
punishment:
"[Allah] will not resurrect them
[Jews]
until Judgment Day, and then they will be tortured harsh torture.”
The Palestinian Racism is particularly dangerous
because it
is portrayed as the will of Allah. The hatred of Jews thus receives not
only the stamp of divine approval but also is transformed into
obligatory religious practice. A religious Palestinian Muslim,
virtually the entire population, is thus faced with the obligation to
hate Jews and to fight
them or go against the will of Allah.
The following is from a PA Official Friday sermon:
“Praise unto Allah, Who cursed our
enemies; curse upon curse up to Judgment Day. And He has cursed them as
well through the words of His prophets and emissaries, may they rest in
peace...
It is He who warned us of the
Jews
and of the Jews’ nature in the clearest of terms. We shall battle them
and
wage Jihad against them -after they attempted to kill the Call [to
Allah] and to assassinate the Prophet [Muhammad] ...
“Their attempts were repeated
more
than once; but Allah, Who said of the Prophet: ‘Allah will protect you
from
man’, shielded His prophet from their [the Jews] trickery, plotting and
treachery, and their ideological terrorism...”
“The Prophet, upon emigrating
from
Mecca to Medina where Allah granted him victory over his enemies, wrote
a document between himself and the residents of Medina, among them
Jews... The Prophet and the Moslems upheld this contract. The Jews,
however, as is typical
of them and as Allah described them in His Book, characterized by
conceit, pride, arrogance, disloyalty and treachery... ‘Each time they
forge a treaty a group within them breaches it.’ [Sura 3]....
"And they coveted the Moslems
for the
Prophet not having come from among them. They coveted, and they covet
still.
They killed, and they kill still. They betrayed, and betray still. They
spilled blood, and they spill blood still. They ignited and still
ignite the flames of war. And each time they ignite the flame of war,
Allah extinguishes it. And still, they light it up... They have a
single common denominator: enmity of Islam and Moslems, enmity of the
bearers of truth, enmity of
